Tool-Tech AS was started in 1999 as a consultancy business. Tool-Tech has been developed into an innovation company and develops new technology in cooperation with other partners and research institutes. Tool-Tech AS performs studies and product development for the sub-sea industry in Norway and abroad.
Our main business area is related to sub-sea control systems and environmental protection products. Our aim is to make new solutions and technology available to the subsea industry. In Tool-Tech a.s we see ourselves as a company that can bridge the technological gap between the component suppliers and the subsea system suppliers through our industry network, our detailed know-how and our subsea system knowledge from more than 20 years in the business. Tool-Tech has more than 20 inventions in various stages of patent processes.
We will develop and commercialize several of Tool-Tech’s products in 2010 in cooperation with other suppliers and clients.
Tool-Tech AS moved into a new, 170 sq. m office in May 2009. The office is located at Eldøyane Næringspark at Stord. We also rent a test laboratory in a new 670 sq. m work-shop faciliy close to the new office building. |
