Tool-Tech a.s is adapting various existing fluid analysis instruments for use in Zone 1 area and for Sub Sea use. This is done in cooperation with Hydac Norway. The products will be marketed and sold through Hydac’s sales organisation. Tool-Tech has developed a mobile fluid treatment unit for use onboard an offshore rig, which can be used for cleaning of Synthetic Hydrocarbon Control Fluid between Sub Sea Work-Over, and Well Completion Operations.
Tool-Tech is developing a new method to remove water and salt from contaminated Synthetic Hydrocarbon Control Fluid. This system will be integrated in a Sub Sea HPU solution, or can also be configured for cleaning of production control system umbilicals without disturbing oil or gas production, (patent pending).
