Tool-Tech AS can deliver large capacity HP filters based on use of standard Hydac filter elements. The filters can be used in a Sub Sea HPU application, or in large capacity filtration systems for Sub Sea Process system applications, (typically lube oil systems for Sub Sea pumps). |

The subsea filters on the market today are relatively small, mainly adapted to Sub Sea Control Module applications.
The high pressure filters of a Sub Sea HPU should be sized with sufficient dirt holding capacity to last the entire operation period between replacement intervals, (assumed every 5 years).
Although regular filter change-out by an ROV shall not be necessary, the operator may still want to have the option to change the filters.
We will use a large capacity Hydac filter cartridge (1320D, 65 cm long), which will be the basis for a new, 10.000 psi rated, large capacity subsea filter to be made in stainless steel material. |

The filters will be provided with a Sub Sea differential pressure sensor and ROV interfaces for electrical and hydraulic connection.
